While a freshman at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, she won the 41st Japan Music Competition. Graduated from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris with the highest honors.
International pianist. He is actively performing in 37 countries around the world. She has won many prizes at international competitions. He was awarded the Gloria Artis Medal of Cultural Merit by the Polish government and the Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French government. He is highly esteemed by conductors and performers around the world. He has frequently performed with Argerich and others. He has received numerous requests from countries around the world to train the next generation.
He has served as the head judge of the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition, and has been asked to judge major international piano competitions in many countries, including the Chopin Competition, as well as to give master classes.
He is a former visiting professor at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music and president of the Chopin Society of Japan.
